Profile:  Mr. Mehmood Ghaznavi has been serving as youngest Chief Conservator Forest, Gilgit-Baltistan, since 25th November 2024. Prior to his elevation as Chief Conservator, he has served as Conservator of Forest Baltistan, Conservator Diamer, Conservator Working Plan, Conservator Parks & Wildlife  Deputy Secretary Forest, and DFO Chilas. He has BSc Forestry Degree from Pakistan Forest Institute Peshawar. He has done his MPhil degree from Karakoram International University in Environmental Sciences.
