Waste Incinerator Machine for CKNP installed and made functional at CKNP Visitor Information & Registration Center (VIRC) Askoli Maidan Upper Braldu Shigar. Purpose of the machine is to incinerate the huge amount of solid waste transported to Askoli from different tourism destinations including K2 BC, Broad peak BC, Gasher brum I&II BC, other areas of Baltoro, Biafo and linked glaciers, camp sites and trails of CKNP.

گلگت ڈی ایف او گللگت / فارسٹ مجسٹریٹ درجہ اول گلگت مجیب سردار رینج فارسٹ آفیسر بگروٹ حراموش منور رعلی رینج فارسٹ آفیسر ہیڈ کواٹر جنگلی حیات سرمد شفاہ ایف سی جوان صادق معمول کی گشت پر حراموش رینج میں تھے سسی ایریا میں شک کی بنا پر ایک کمپاونڈ پر چھاپہ ماراجہاں پر کماونڈ کے اندر پندہ عدد اور عاقب میں پچیس عدد پٹاوئے گلگت سمگل کرنے کے غرض سے چھپائے گئے تھے کو اپنی تحویل میں لےلیا اور فلیڈ سٹاف نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے خود ہی گاڑی میں لوڈ کرکے پڑی فارسٹ ڈپو / چیک پوسٹ منتقل کردیا جس میں رینج آفیسر جنگلی حیات سرمد شفاہ جنگلی حیات کے رینج آفیسر ہونے کےباوجود ڈی ایف او گلگت اور رینج آفیسر کے ساتھ خصوصی تعاون ڈی ایف اوگلگت نے رینج آفیسر سرمد شفاہ کا خصوصی شکریہ ادا کیا بعد ازا ڈی ایف او گلگت نے فارسٹ بیرل حراموش رینج میں سٹاف کی تعداد بھی بڑھا دی اور ایف سی جوان اور فارسٹ فلیڈ سٹاف کو سختی سے حکم دیا کہ متلقہ رینج میں گشت کرتے رہے اور تمام چیک پوسٹ پر گاڑیوں کی سختی سے تلاشی اور مشکوک جگہوں پر چھاپے مارے شہٹوٹ ایریا کی کافی شکایت موصول ہورہی تھی جسکی ڈی ایف او گلگت اور رینج آفیسر نے پورے علاقے کی چیکنک کی اور کوئی خلاف ورزی یا سملنگ نہ تھی صرف اور صرف بدنیتی پر مبنی شکایت تھی

A Stone marten has been rescued by Mr.Ansar Hussain Game Watcher CKNP Batkor Bilchar on 7-4-2022. It was reportedly captured and kept in captivity by a person at his chicken shed at Jalalabad Gilgit this morning in retaliation of killing his chicken/chicks . The said Stone marten was released into its natural habitat by CKNP staff after examining as it was in good health and fit to release

on 2nd April,2022 DFO Shigar lunched a Mega Plantation Campaign and planted about 1100 long shot cuttings of Russian Olive at Uswa International University site Sarfaranga Shigar.About 390 students and staff of Uswa Education system and Forest staff participated in the event. About 1000 more plants/ long shot cuttings will be planted during the week. Inshallah
The Plantation drive in District Nagar is in progress, and more plantations would be carried out this year under 10 billion tree tsunami programme. Today on 31th March 2022 Distribution of alfa- alfa seeds to the communities/ individuals of District Nagar.
